Equipping teachers and administrators with the strategies and tool to address student behavior enables them to focus their time and energy on teaching. The Menta Group professional development team trains teachers in crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies. In addition to classroom management, the team shows teachers and administrators how to create optimal learning environments so that all students can be successful in the classroom setting.
